This quality denim shirting comes to us from The New Denim Project, a third-generation textile mill in Guatemala that focuses on natural fibres and circular manufacturing. This twill is created entirely from recycled garment industry waste. These fibers are spun and rewoven into a durable, upcycled and 100% biodegradable textile that is both chemical and dye free, minimizing water and energy consumption. Natural tone with dark flecks throughout, this shirting weight denim feels smooth with a moderate drape. Ideal for classic button ups, tops, dresses and relaxed jumpsuits.

Due to the nature of the upcycling process, there may be irregularities throughout the yardage. These are not defects and we encourage you to embrace these slubs and nubbly textures as they are a natural result of recycling (and reducing!) cotton waste.
