These patterns are appropriate for corsets from 1805-1830, for Regency, Empire, and Napoleonic eras. This long stays pattern also includes indications for a short stay option*. These patterns are based on historical extant corsets, but the draft is our own, adapted to fit a modern woman of average proportion. An instruction booklet is included with photographic how-to instructions, supplier recommendations, and research tips.
This pattern is recommended for those with moderate-advanced historical sewing skills. Corsets are not beginner projects.
