This 2x1 ribbed rayon has a soft feel in matte, marled colors, and with 8% Spandex it will keep its shape no matter what you do in it. Personally, I'm craving extra long secret blankets, like a Friday Pattern Company Sunny Dress mashed up with a True Bias Nicco Dress so I can knock off this American Giant Ribbed Dress. Then I'll take some inspiration from Denise Archer and use my leftovers for some Seamwork Geneva undies, Julia tanks, and headbands for some comfy basics. At nearly 5 feet wide, I could knock out a couple Allie Olsen Kila Tanks in an afternoon for some 2021 yoga.
Rayon and rayon-blend blend knits look like, drape, and behave like silk knits therefore should be cared for similarly by cold water hand-washing or delicate machine washing on cold, and air drying flat or draped on a rack. Use a rayon setting on the iron with a press cloth as needed while sewing.
