Short sleeveless dress with fringe. Kind of rides the line between flapper and burlesque. Version A - Wide straps, scalloped hemline, princess seams. Includes teardrop shaped purse. Version B - Thinner straps, straight hemline, but the lower half of the dress is ruched along the vertical seams, giving it some scalloping. Includes square purse. Version C - Two pieces. The top has cap sleeves, is ruched all the way up the front panel and a bit on the sides. The skirt is ruched much like version B.
