This blouse is inspired by the wonderful Anne of Green Gables. I grew up watching the movies and only read the books recently, but I always remembered the part about the puffed sleeves! The blouse is a wrap top with side darts at the front and waist darts at the back. The sleeve is 3/4 length and is two pieces. The under piece can be sewn in a contrasting fabric. This pattern can be adapted to upcycle a mens shirt otherwise you can make it from scratch!
