"Designed exclusively for Sew News Magazine as part of their Sew With Me series, the Anya Skirt is inspired by the skirt worn by Audrey Hepburn in the 1953 film Roman Holiday. The Anya Skirt is a classic and timeless circle skirt.

The skirt features a narrow waistband that is lined and interfaced for structure. The skirt only has seams on the sides, and is closed up with a 9" invisible zipper. The hem is a narrow 1/4" and lands just above the knee. Perfect for featuring your favorite overall fabric print!

As part of the Sew With Me series, you can purchase either the pattern on its own, or you can purchase the pattern as a bundle with a 30-minute video where I walk you through the harder steps of the garment. For the Anya Skirt video, I show you how to sew the waistband and the invisible zipper, as well as how to lay the pattern out on the fabric since it's a little different than the norm. Click here to go directly to the pattern listed in their web shop.
