This wall quilt shows the steps of what's known as a "cootie catcher" or "fortune teller", and combines regular piecing (for the top 6 blocks) and paper piecing (for the bottom 3).
Note: Uncertain of official quilt pattern name. No other info appears to be online as of October 2017. The pattern seems to be available only in magazine format, in Issue #52 of Love Patchwork & Quilting.
