From The Pattern Line:

Crosby dartless bias dress is equally chic, effortless, and timeless. It’s suspended from thin spaghetti straps and gently skims your figure, falling to about mid-shin. Its simplicity makes it highly versatile with endless styling options: wear it with strappy sandals and a bold red lip for the evening, or keep it casual with sneakers and an oversized sweater.

This pattern can be easily adjusted in length to suit your body proportions and preferences by following the notes on the pattern, made into a mini dress, a floor-length gown, or luxurious sleepwear. Designed to be interchangeable with Wooster Bias top necklines. All seam allowances are included.

Difficulty: This pattern is geared toward intermediate to experienced sewers, looking to build up their sewing skills. Think of it as a mini-course on various techniques, where I take you into my sewing atelier and show you the high-end finishes you can find in a luxury ready-to-wear garment.

Suggested fabrics: medium weight fabrics with very good drape without stretch, such as crepe, charmeuse, satin, and crepe de chine in silk, viscose/rayon, acetate blends as well as synthetic blends.

Fit & Model Notes: This style is designed to be slightly fitted at the bust, with ease at the waist and hip. The sample shown is made from a viscose acetate blend and is half lined. Model is 5’9” and is wearing size 4. Size up one size if you prefer a looser fit.
