The hood comes in 3 versions: balaclava for a turtleneck effect and a short or long bib to slip easily under jackets or coats. The beanie is worn with a wide cuff, and the mittens will stay in place thanks to the slit left for easily slipping your thumb in.

Recommended Fabrics:
- Weight : medium to heavy (200-400 gsm or 6-12 oz.)
- Fabric : knitted (knitting, sweatshirt fabric). Warning: fabrics with ribs should be avoided due to their strong tendency to warp!
- Stretch factor : 40 to 140 % max (0-5% elastane)
- Tip (hood): if your fabric is very thick, I recommend that you choose a thinner one for the face finishing band in order to avoid excess thickness (ribbing is ok).
