His or Hers Kimono Bathrobe Pattern

You know those luxurious, thick robes that cost an arm and a leg to purchase in a department store? Why not make one? A couple of yards of fabric and an hour or two of your time is all it takes.

Make a traditional robe of fleece or terry cloth, or try something different; make the robe from printed satin and line it with 100% cotton. It will look very much like a traditional Japanese Kimono, especially if you use a brocade type satin with gold or silver print on colored satin. Experiment and have fun!
