From Seamwork:

A wrap skirt is just as easy to sew as it is to wear. There isn't anything quite as comfortable and stylish as a wrap skirt, and Laura doesn't fall short. This A-line, knee length wrap skirt can sit at your natural waist, or lower, depend- ing on how you tie it. Cut on the bias, Laura has a beautiful drape whether sewn up in a chambray, linen, or corduroy. A printed fabric or yarn dye would look exceptional with the bias cut. Lengthen or shorten Laura for a custom fit, or learn some great patterning skills from this month’s article of "Block, Paper, Scissors" to transform Laura into a new design.

Design number: 3066

Laura appeared in the August, 2017 issue of Seamwork.
