This pattern is very user-friendly in my opinion. The instructions are very clear, the pattern is easy to prepare, and there is also a follow-along tutorial video the seller included for the pattern on YouTube. This could be done by a beginner with some knowledge of sewing, and the helpful instructions and video included with this pattern, possibly help from a sewing buddy.

The Mathilde Dress was originally designed by Alli Marye for a client who wanted a custom wedding dress with removable puff sleeves, a square neckline, and a shorter length for her wedding reception. This dress can also become reversible with contrast bias binding as shown in the listing photos. This is a classic feminine design that is dynamic for formal or informal wear. The dress features a lovely square neckline that beautifully frames your collarbone a natural waistline and a gathered skirt to create an hourglass silhouette. The bodice has two bust darts and a 1” seam allowance for getting that perfect fit. Flattering for every body type this is a timeless piece to add to your capsule wardrobe that you will make again and again.
