From Radiant Home Studio:

Create a cozy space with this house-shaped softie project. It’s a modern classic, perfect for using up scraps. It’s so quick and fun to sew that you won’t be able to stop making them!

This is the mini version of the Highland Avenue House, which I designed with the historic homes on Highland Avenue in Rochester, NY in mind. Though I no longer live there, I never lost my appreciation for the beautiful, historic homes in upstate New York.

This charming house softie is sophisticated enough for your living room and fun enough for your kids’ rooms. The scalloped roof tiles add depth and texture, while also providing a place for you allow to experiment with different fabric combinations.

Finished Dimensions are approx. 6″ x 9″

Skill Level: BEGINNER
(you should be comfortable sewing curves, reading a pattern, and trying basic appliqué)

The Mini Highland House pattern includes step-by-step illustrations, supplemental photos, along with detailed instructions. I’ve also included lots of extra tips to help you achieve a beautifully finish on your project.
