From Paprika Patterns

The Opal Cardigan is perfect to throw on if you want to add more dimension to your outfit, or just to stay warm this winter. It’s even better for those days where you’re not sure you’ll need the extra layer since it’s so easy to throw on and off. It has a relaxed fit so you can wear it over anything if you need the extra layer. It’s just as easy to take off again since it has no buttons or buttonholes. Sewing buttonholes in a stretchy knit can’t be anyones favourite and you won’t have to with the Opal. This makes it a really quick sew as well, to be finished in just a few hours.

The cardigan has a relaxed fit with dropped shoulders. This pattern has three views to choose from: three different lengths, two sleeve lengths and two different pockets that are designed specifically for the shorter and longer lengths. The front openings are finished with bands, as is the neckline. The sleeves have wide cuffs. The hem is finished with a turn and stitch method. Your fabric choice will determine the overall look of your cardigan: you can go for sleek and lightweight or cosy and bulky.

The model in the photo’s is 5’10” and wears size B tapered to C at the hips. All the samples are lengthened to compensate for height.
