I feel like this pattern is a bit of a tease because I’ve been asked to do a Pikachu plush but instead you guys get its backside, haha! I wanted to try something to dabble in the Corgi butt craze. I believe you can buy Pokemon butt themed keychains but this one is a full blown zipper pouch, complete with a vinyl pocket in the front for holding your ID card or train pass. The slot inside is large enough to hold some credit cards, cash, or coins. I’ve seen pouches of this style sold in Japan and I just had to give it a try.
The trickiest parts to sew is definitely the zipper, since it’s curved and sometimes it’s difficult to get the ends to look clean. However if you skipped the zipper it would still make a really cute plush. And the butt shape is pretty universal so it could work for lots of characters if you’re up for designing your own tails ❤
