The Summer Breeze tunic is an easy little sleeveless summer tunic. It’s designed with a hi-low ruffle hem, a front slit, bias cut band at the neckline, and binding inside the armscye.
The neckline can be finished with a ruffle instead of a neckband.This top is great for a warm summer day, but can also be worn under a cardigan or jacket for cooler weather.
