The Summer Tulip Top is a lovely dropped shoulder summer blouse. It’s designed with a curved hem, and a small collar stand sewn to a gathered neckline. The blouse has a slit and snap at the center back neckline. The sleeve is finished with a folded cuff.
This top is great for a warm summer day, but can also be worn under a cardigan or jacket for cooler weather. A super stylish and elegant top.
