This Twinkle Star Quilt was created by Debbie Grifka, and was featured in Modern Patchwork 2012. “Star quilts are timeless! To make mine modern, I made one big star instead of several smaller ones, and I chose a charm pack of 5” squares to save some cutting time. The soft-colored fabrics from Sweetwater’s “Hometown” fabric collection for Moda are beautiful, and this quilt would also be appealing in some vivid holiday or child-themed prints.”
