From Denyse Schmidt:

Snake Trail is a traditional block pattern, similar to Drunkard's Path and known by many different names over the decades. This adaptable variation possibly originated as early as 1910, and folk superstition credits the design with keeping "evil spirits" away from those who sleep under a quilt with this pattern. The winding trails also make excellent paths for animals and toys for hours of playtime fun. :)

Originally published in my book Modern Quilts Traditional Inspiration, this captivating pattern now includes instructions, paper templates, and measurements for four bed sizes, plus a bonus section on improvising your trails!

Instructions and measurements are included to make any size quilt from crib to king.
